If a customer provides us an incorrect shipping address, we cannot be held responsible if the order is delivered to the incorrect address. If the order is returned to us by USPS, we can reship the order, however, should the customer decide to cancel their order after providing us an incorrect address, we will deduct any processing costs and refund the remaining amount.
